01 / EMERGENCY

24/7

Emergency plumbing

The calls that cannot wait for a quote: water coming through a ceiling, a cellar filling, a gas smell, a building with no heat in February. The emergency line is answered by a plumber around the clock, every day.

Burst & frozen pipesIsolate, thaw, cut out and replace. Copper, steel and cast iron, in walls, ceilings and risers.
Water shut-off & leak controlFinding and closing the valve that actually stops it — including buried and seized building shut-offs.
Sewage backupClearing main line blockages, pumping down flooded cellars, and camera-checking why it happened.
Gas leaksResponse, isolation and repair, coordinated with Con Edison and the DOB where a shutdown is involved.
No heat / no hot waterBoiler and heater failures diagnosed and returned to service, with temporary heat where a part is on order.
Ceiling & wall leaksTracing a leak to its real source before opening finishes — often several floors above where it appears.

02 / DRAINAGE

Waste & sewer

Drain & sewer

Clearing the blockage is the easy half. The useful half is knowing why the line blocked, which is why the camera goes in before the invoice goes out.

Drain cleaning & cablingSinks, tubs, showers, toilets, floor drains and branch lines cleared mechanically.
Hydro jettingHigh-pressure water scouring for grease, scale and root mass — restores the full pipe diameter, not a channel through the blockage.
Sewer camera inspectionColour video survey with locating, plus a recording and written findings you keep for the managing agent or a buyer.
Main sewer line repairExcavated and trenchless repair of collapsed, offset and root-damaged house connections.
Grease trap serviceSizing, installation, cleaning and record-keeping for restaurants and commercial kitchens.
Sump pumps & ejectorsCellar and below-grade pump installation, replacement, battery backup and float repair.
Roof drains & leadersClearing and repairing storm leaders and roof drains before the next heavy rain finds the gap.
Stack replacementSectional or full replacement of corroded cast iron waste and vent stacks in occupied buildings.

03 / HEAT

Hot water & heating

Water heaters & boilers

New York runs on old heating plant. We service what is there, and replace it with something that will not fail on the coldest night of the year.

Water heater replacementGas and electric tank heaters sized to the actual demand, removed and replaced in a day.
Tankless installationOn-demand units with the gas supply, venting and condensate handled properly rather than improvised.
Boiler repair & replacementSteam and hot water boilers, residential and building-scale, including controls and low-water cut-offs.
Steam heat & radiatorsTraps, vents, valves and radiator replacement — plus fixing the banging that has bothered the top floor for years.
Indirect & storage tanksIndirect-fired coils, storage calorifiers and circulator pumps for multi-family hot water.
Annual boiler servicePre-season inspection, cleaning and safety check so the failure happens on our schedule, not January's.

04 / GAS

Licence required

Gas piping & compliance

Gas work in New York is the sharpest line between a licensed plumber and everyone else. Only a Licensed Master Plumber may perform it, and only an LMP filing can restore service after a shutdown.

New gas line installationRuns to ranges, dryers, boilers, heaters and rooftop equipment, permitted and pressure tested.
Gas leak detection & repairLocating and repairing leaks in concealed piping, with the tests and paperwork the utility will accept.
Local Law 152 inspectionThe four-yearly building gas piping inspection, with the GPS2 certification filed to the DOB. Local Law 152 inspection details and the 2026 deadline
Gas restoration after shutdownGetting a building back on gas after a DOB or Con Edison shut-off, including test, filing and sign-off.
Meter & riser workMeter relocations, house lines and riser replacement coordinated with the utility.
Gas authorisation & sign-offApplications, inspections and the final sign-off that closes the job out on the record.

05 / FIT-OUT

Fixtures & renovation

Fixtures & renovation

Rough-in through trim-out, coordinated with your contractor, your architect and — this being New York — your building's alteration agreement.

Bathroom rough-inFull supply and waste rough for gut renovations, including carriers, valves and inspection.
Kitchen plumbingSinks, disposals, dishwashers, filtered taps, pot fillers and appliance gas connections.
Toilets & wall-hung carriersReplacement, re-setting, in-wall carrier systems and concealed cistern installations.
Showers & body spraysThermostatic and pressure-balance valves, multi-outlet systems, and steam shower supply.

Laundry & utilityWasher boxes, utility sinks, condensate drainage and dryer gas connections.

06 / SUPPLY

Water service

Water supply & mains

The pipe between the city main and your building is your responsibility. When it fails, it fails expensively — and under a street that needs a permit to open.

Water main repair & replacementHouse connection replacement including DEP tap, street opening permits and restoration.
Leak detectionAcoustic, thermal and pressure-test location of concealed leaks, without opening every wall to find one.
Low water pressureDiagnosis and correction — scaled risers, failed PRVs, undersized service or a partly closed valve.
Booster pumps & tanksPump sets, pressure vessels and rooftop tank service for buildings above the city pressure line.
Backflow preventionRPZ and double-check installation, annual certification and DEP filing by certified testers.
Water filtration & softeningWhole-building and point-of-use filtration, softeners and sediment removal.

07 / RECORD

Filed in-house

Violations, permits & sign-offs

Half of New York plumbing is the pipe. The other half is the paperwork that proves the pipe is legal — and an open violation follows a building through every refinance and every sale.
